add space between coefficients on graph

I am trying to plot some coefficients for three categories (high, mod, low) but the values stack on top of each other. I know that presenting it this way might be useful when comparing two trends over different values of a variable, but I am dealing strictly with categories.

Is there anyway to add a space between them so the graphs are readable. I've attached a picture of what I have.

Please indicate what the issue is. The chart looks fine from my perspective.
