Stacked chart with positive (additions) and negative (removals), plus running total

I'm running into a problem where I'm not sure how to get the removal data information to display correctly. For example, for ticket m1, the creation date falls properly in November, but on the chart the removal date also shows up in November vs December (I do have creationDate as the relation to the calendar so that's why it is occuring, but I don't know how to resolve).

May I please get your help with

1) I have creations charted in the month they were created, but how do I show removals in the month they were removed

2) What would be the best way to create a running total to show how many tickets are currently open for a particuar month? Is the new window DAX function a good candidate for this?

Thank you

But the problem is that removed tickets show up in the same month as when the IT ticket was created (and the rolling open Tickets is not properly working)
