Stacked chart; how to show total amounts and show percentage of completion

Goodmorning everyone, I'm fairly new to PowerBI but i'm learning by the day.

Now I have something I can't figure out myself, I need a chart which displays the total amount of workpackages per unit, so far no problems. But then as a next step I want to fill these bars with workpackages completed.

As a result the visual must be able to show how much progress is made within the 'total amount column'. So I don't want the columns to be stacked but one is part of the other. As you can see in this visual (yellow = amount completed) yellow is stacked upon blue, but I want the blue to slowly turn yellow as progress increases.

Any idea is welcome!

instead of combining "Total" and "completed" you can create a new value "Total-Completed" and then add it and the "Completed" value to the visual.

I did it yesterday and worked pretty well
