I'm new to BI and still learning.
I'm trying to create a custom stacked column chart as below (excel):
This is how i'm planning to collect data:
Please advise a solution.

For your consideration, it might be easier to collect information in a format such as:
Name | Office | Designation | Task Completion | Task Type |
Person 1 | A | Manager A | 1/1/2023 | Task 1 |
Person 1 | A | Manager A | 2/1/2023 | Task 2 |
But to answer your question for your format, I'd solve it by
* Transform Data
* Select Columns Task1 and Task2
* Unpivot Columns
and then graph.
Here is a visual of the above steps:

And then you'll be able to graph like you desire:
