Quick Measure showing totals when column values are zero

Hello!

I have a PowerBI table where I added a  quick divide measure to get me the Annual Rent per anima type, the caluclation on the rows is correct, but the total at the bottom of the table shows a figure when the entire column is supposed to be 0.

LocationAnimal TypeCount of Animal TypeGrant Total of All Animal Types for locationAnnual RentRent per All Animal Types for Location

Georgia

Cats

345800
GeorgiaDogs105800
GeorgiaBirds145800
Total 58580103,148

The rent per all animal types for location total at the bottom of the table should be 0, but instead shows a value. The formula used for the rent per all animal types for location is:
Grand Total Site Types =
Rent per all animal types for location = DIVIDE(SUM('Key Costs Table'[Annual Rent]), [Grand Total of all animal types for location])

Any idea as to why it's not totaling correctly?

Thanks!
