Alternate method to integrate d3.js into power BI

Could anyone please let me know if there is any alternate method to integrate d3.js. Into power BI other than creating a custom visual?

There isn't another method to integrate d3.js.

We are trying to integrate d3.js into power BI, well that's what the requirement that we heard or discussed. Will add more clarity in case of I get additional information.
