I have read article https://docs.microsoft.com/es-es/power-bi/report-server/connect-adfs-wap-report-server  I have a doubt. PowerBI Report Server can be accessible from outside the corporate network using an ip for example 10.100.100.100 instead of a domain?. Thank you

So this should work fine. Domain names are just translated into IP addresses by DNS anyway. The only thing is that you need to have a public IP address. IP Addresses starting with 10.x.x.x are private addresses which are not publically routable. So your specific example of 10.100.100.100 would not work over the internet.
