Power BI desktop security

I am using the free version of Power BI desktop. I do not see the datasets option where I can click on ellipses and set up row level security.

How can I go to the row level security screen ?

Currrently I am seeing just 3 icons on the left :

1) Report view

2) Data view

3) Relationships view

RLS isn't avialable in Power BI desktop yet.
