Please inform community support staff about Kusto's test server

Hi, It appears that the support staff are unaware that there is a pubilcally avialable test server for Kusto aka Azure Data Explorer aka ADX. 

While questions in this area are not that common, user cases may be tested using:

Server: help (or https://help.kusto.windows.net)

Login: Any AAD account

Database: Samples

Table/Query: StormEvents

Power Query: AzureDataExplorer.Contents("https://help.kusto.windows.net", "Samples", "StormEvents")
