Média percentual por ítem

Olá, estou com um problema e preciso de ajuda.

 

Preciso calcular a média de objetivo por pessoa como na imagem abaixo:

Preciso separar as médias por cada objetivo e depois por resultado chave, porém a quantidade de objetivos e resultados chaves altera para cada pessoa. Ex: Gilmar possuí 4 objetivos e a média fica em 37,29% (41,67 - 42,50 - 45 - 20 / 4), a média gerada pelo BI fica em 39% (somando toda a coluna e dividindo pelo total de linhas). Alguma sugestão? Muito obrigado!

	),
	Table1[Plan Sales Amount]
)

If the above one can't help you get the desired result, please provide some sample data in your tables (exclude sensitive data) with Text format and your expected result with backend logic and special examples.
