Issue: cannot sign in Ideas site by my Facebook account

I want to fix the issue - cannot sign in Ideas site by my Facebook account.

Error: Sorry, an error occured. Please try again.

I try this by PCs and Browsers.

1. Surface Pro 4 / Windows 10 Pro, and Microsoft Edge

2. Surface Pro 4 / Windows 10 Pro, and Google Chrome.

3. Intel NUC / Windows 10 Pro, and Microsoft Edge

and clear Microsoft Edge cache data , sometimes.

and fresh install Google Chrome.

Some month ago, I can sign in.

I hope to fix this issue, and post my ideas , vote some ideas.
