How to conditional format matrix row in Power BI

Hello All,

I have matrix where in there is data of employee in row and some calculation measure in columns and values,I want to do condtional formatting for the rows based on the employee status and columns and values have other conditional formatting this has been added into the matrix visual for particular reason.

Can we acheive same in power bi as i am aware this can be acheive in power bi Table visual.

Is there any workaround for the same.

I'm looking for this functionality as well, and still haven't found a way. I'd take on any custom visual as well if it would do what I need.
