Dax formula not working on published report

I have the below dax formula working in my desktop application. After publishing the report, I receive a field error. Can anyone help explain why a dax formula would work properly on the desktop application, but error out when published?

sr_answer2 row total = COUNTA(Linked_survey_data[sr_answer])/CALCULATE(COUNTROWS(Linked_survey_data),all(Linked_survey_data[sr_answer]))

Update: I re-published report under a different name, now the formula works ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
