Changed Organization, I can't access my old user.

Hey guys, I changed jobs and now I can't access my old PBI Community account.

I followed this link:  https://aka.ms/PPCommSupport some weeks ago but I got no response from no one so I decided to create a post even when it says to not do that.

I would like to know if it's possible to recover my old account (it looks like it was deleted because I can't acces the profile, but I got the details, link to the profile, usaername, email associated, etc... ) and link it to my new organizational account.
