Visualizing Amazon data in Power BI

For many companies using Amazon to sell their service or product, it is greatly beneficial to visualize their data in Power BI. Power BI offers unprecedented visuals and can establish all necessary hierarchy and offer helpful data insights.

Amazon Marketplace Web Service (Amazon MWS) is an integrated web service API that helps Amazon sellers to programmatically exchange data on listings, orders, payments, reports, and more. Data integration with Amazon enables high levels of selling automation, which can help sellers grow their business. Using Amazon MWS, sellers can increase selling efficiency, reduce labor requirements, and improve customer response time.

With this Power BI Amazon Overview Report template, you can visualize your Amazon Seller Central / Amazon MWS data in Power BI. You only need to connect your data to Windsor.ai and enter your API Key given in the process of registration. You’ll have access to your Amazon MWS data, and the whole process should not take you more than 5 minutes. Of course, you will need access to Amazon MWS.

Metrics used in this report are:

• quantity,
• item_price,
• last_updated_date,

There are more metrics and dimensions available for advanced users that can add them by themselves.
Report queries the data through our connector and makes it available in real-time.

At the moment, you can use our template for the Desktop version of Power BI. Of course, once you save it in Power BI Desktop, you can publish the report to your web services.
