Hi @sivah ,

this is very useful content, thanks for that!

I regularly use the DIAH content in our company for training and workshops at our departments.

  • When looking at the DIAH content, I think i'm missing the Lab Manuals for that, is that correct?
  • Any idea when the Administrator in a Day will be available?

Many thanks!

Nicky

Hi @nickyvv @sivah

Any Idea when will be the admin in a day training available ?

Thanks for sharing this @sivah . Really looking forward for the Administrator day contents.

When I clicked on the Instructor Content in DIAD, it requires me to become a MPN member. Is it a free content? or has the link been broken?

Thanks for the Administrator in a Day contents @sivah. Really appreciated.

Hi DOAD team,

I found that few adjustements are required to current Power BI report to reflect current date (March 2020)

1. The formula of the Date column must be edited :

Date = CALENDAR (DATE(2010,1,1), DATE(2018,12,31))
Before it was ending in 2017
2. Slider must be changed to the last 8 years (before it was the last 7 years)

Also the slides of the DIAD demo Script- Power BI Desktop.pdf aren't up to date. Like in page 3 the script mentions a spike in 2018 whereas the screen capture shows data up to 2017 only

Also Quarter,Month and Day must be added as fields to the Revenue and Growth chart in Manufacturer tab to allow the drill down and shows spikes in late Sept/early Oct

In Page 1, step 7 of the DIAD demo Script- Power BI Desktop.pdf we are supposed to follow the lab to create VanArsdel dashboard (Power BI Service section of the HOL). Can you please provide link or details where to find instructions? I can't see anything relate in the DIAD Demo Script - Power BI Service.pdf

And I can't find the twitter recount data neither. Please advise

Hello,

The content of the DIAH pages seems to be mixed up with the DIAD material.

The data collection of the DIAH page contains the DIAD final report.

And the demo script page contains the DIAD script.

Could the content of the DIAH page be fixed or uploaded again?

Thanks,

Erik

Thank you for the feedback that is shared directly in this post.

Some of the changes have already been made for the DIAD April version.

Next DIAD version is going to be published in the next 2 weeks.

DIAH - it was not updated yet, I will share once we are going to update the content.

As mentioned in the post, please submit all your valuable feedback to:
DIADQ@Microsoft.com.

Hello,

Thank you for sharing this.

Suppose I am going to deliver all of the content to one group of trainees. What is the ideal order to follow?

Hi DIAD Team,

could you add a powerquery like "SourcePath" to the next version of diad lab files to make the path where the \Data labfiles are stored centrally configurable?

I hate this yellow Power Query messages "path not found" and my students too!  It would be so much easier to having ONE powerquery parameter where students could change the sourcepath to \Data Folder on their disk to get the labfiles working in theier environment. Currently i hade to add that to every PBIX file when new files are released.. THANKS @Yana
