Meet the Power BI Community Super Users!

If you have spent any time in the Power BI Community, you have probably noticed regular contributors through community blog posts, activity in the Power BI forum discussions, and authored accepted solutions.  Super Users are outstanding participants and expert users who regularly contribute useful solutions.  There advice is invaluable and shows because they are in the Top Kudoed Authors Leaderboard in the Microsoft Power BI Community.  See some familiar names?  Their community contributions and Power BI expertise continues to make the Power BI Community a valuable place.   



Greg Deckler (@Greg_Deckler)

Greg is a Microsoft MVP, Community Super User Director at Fusion Alliance, and the Cloud Practice Manager.  He is an active member in the Columbus IT community, founded the Columbus Azure ML, and the Power BI User Group (CAMLPUG).



Phil Seamark (@Phil_Seamark

Phil is an author, Microsoft Data Platform MVP and an experienced database and business intelligence (BI) professional with a deep knowledge of the Microsoft B.I. stack along with extensive knowledge of data warehouse (DW) methodologies and enterprise data modelling.  He has 25+ years of experience in this field and is an active member of Power BI community.



Miguel Felix (@MFelix)

Michael is a business analyst in an industrial company, with 20 years of experience in areas ranging from banking to an event and communication group.  He has always made his own tools in Excel and VBA to improve analysis and show data that allows users to have quick insights.  With Power Query and Power BI the insights are easier and faster.  This takes BI to a different level by removing the dependency on specialized professionals to have data when you need it.

Ashish is an Excel Enthusiasts and has a business where he provides training sessions to companies.  His specialties are problem solving real life Excel problems and Microsoft Excel Power Pivot.



Zubair Muhammad (@Zubair_Muhammad) 

Zubair is a Chartered Accountant and a CFA charter holder currently working as Financial Analyst in Saudi Telecom.  Zubair was obsessed with Microsoft Excel and VBA before he discovered Power BI.  Zubair has a website with tips and tricks for Microsoft Excel and Power BI. 



Imke Feldmann (@ImkeF)  

Imke is a Microsoft MVP.  She worked as a Finance Director, Head of Accounting and Controller.  She loved working with the Microsoft self-service BI stack and decided to focus on bring these tools to life for others.  Now she provides BI consultancy services, mainly remotely over the internet.



Kyle Horseman (@KHorseman)  

Kyle is regularly active in the Power BI Community with almost 1,200 posts.  He is often giving advice to community members, asking clarifying questions to issues others are having, providing solutions,  and kudoing posts to let others know their information is valuable. 



Gilbert Quevauvilliers (@GilbertQ) 

Gilbert was recently awarded the Microsoft Valuable Professional (MVP) award for Power BI. According to Gilbert Power BI is the logical choice in terms to creating insights, being cost effective and providing dashboards and reports on Web, Mobile or in Apps out of the box.  Proven competencies in the implementation of data analytic solutions from the ground up. Which included developing data warehouses, SSAS Cubes and most recently Power BI solutions for customers in various business sectors.  Gilbert has been providing Power BI Solutions to customers since the start of Power BI in July 2015.



Parv Chana (@parry2k)

Most of his days include working with data, mainly in Power BI, spending time in the Power BI Community,  learning from experts, and providing help where he can.  Parv has been using Power BI since it was introduced in 2015.  He is part of a Power BI User Group (PUG) and really knows Power BI.  He is one of our top contributors on



Ross Edwards (@Ross73312) 

Ross is known in the Power User Communities ( as someone who asks good questions and marks solutions.  At his global company, Power BI has been a hot button topic.  They have had some remarkable success, not only in reducing overhead in regular reporting, but also in analyzing claims made within the business for certain business cases.  This is leading to better evidence-based decision making.

Thomas “Tom” Martens works as Principal Consultant BI & Analytics at Alegri International Service GmbH ( For 20+ years Tom has delivered Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing and Analytics solutions.  His current interest is about the visualization of data and applying analytical methods to small and large amounts of data.  Tom is a regular speaker at the PASS Hamburg, Power BI User Group, PASS Camp, and SQL Server Konferenz.

Seth Bauer (@Seth_C_Bauer)

Seth is a Technical Architect with Concurrency Inc. and is a Microsoft Data Platform MVP (Power BI).  He is a leader of the Milwaukee “Brew City” Power BI User Group in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area, and he is also a member of the PUG Board of Advisors.  He has partnered with Mike Carlo and produces tools and Power BI related content on Power BI tips, and he is a major contributor in the Microsoft Power BI Community Forum.  He loves Power BI and enjoys sharing what he’s learned with the user Community through blogging and answering questions in the Forums.
