Since the pandemic started, I made a personal goal to exercise at least once a week and I have been tracking the progress since then with a Garmin watch and Garmin connect.

This charticulator viz is not fancy, but in a very easy way it tells me if I am excercising more or less than previous year. I have other visualizations that show if I miss a week, but this one is perfect just to track the kilometers year over year.

You just glance it and you know and ....It is time for me to step it up a notch right?
