Goals (metrics) doesn't support Row-level security (RLS)

Hi

On the  documentation  we can read  that Goals figures via connection to a visual

 doesn't support Row-level security (RLS)

What is the meaning of this behaviour please ?

I guess  2 ways
We see figures   (value & target)   on the   context  ( UPN & RLS ) of  the person who created the goals
<-- everyone will see the same thing
OK  not  super super but there  is a kind of restriction  <---- Not reader data but  goal creato data  why not ?
OR
DANGEROUS :  The RLS is totally bypassed

<-- everyone will see the same thing

Thanks a lot for any  feedback

Merci  beaucoup

Christophe

Hi, @Christophe93

The support for automatic roles based on metric-level permissions (full row-level security (RLS) support) is coming, but isn't yet available.

Currently you can try the following methods to set up viewing and updating different metrics for different roles.

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/create-reports/service-goals-set-permissions

Hi @v-zhangti

I'm also really interested in this feaure (full row-level security (RLS) support) - do you have any notion of when this will be released?

Thanks

@v-zhangti  any idea when RLS for Metrics that are being used inside a Power BI App via the Metrics visual will be supported?
