Hi @kaushi2020 ,

Power BI Report Server does allow you to schedule reports and Power BI Report Server can schedule the refresh of data within the reports, but it does not inherently have a feature to automatically send these reports as Excel files via email. To achieve a similar outcome, you can use Power Automate to create a flow that exports a Power BI report in the specified format and sends it as an email attachment.

Here are the general steps you would follow:

  1. Create your report in Power BI Desktop and publish it to Power BI Report Server.
  2. Configure the data refresh schedules within Power BI Report Server as needed.
  3. Use Power Automate to set up a flow that exports the report to an Excel file and sends it as an email attachment. You can also apply row-level security (RLS) when setting up the flow if necessary.
