Hi I have done many searches and read many posts for assistance but to no avail.
I have a windows 7 laptop , Enterprise gateway installs and works fine on this.
I have recently installed the gateway to a new desktop Windows 10 PC, with the same user profie logged on etc... (has admin rights)
I get a various number of errors... after changing bits n pieces but the reccoring error is:
From fresh install the first error I get is - The service is not running, I try starting the service & I get :The service did not respond in a timely fassion.
I have also tried changing the service log on from NTSERVICE/PBIGWservice etc.. to my Domain/User
& then receive the same error.
Im sure im not the only one with this issue, as I have a collegue from accross the pond with a Windows 10 laptop & then installed the gateway - it worked fine until they restarted their PC then same error..... So im guessing its an access thing.
Any help would be greatly recieved.
