Hi,
We have report with a filled map deployed on to a PBI RS. When checking from the server, the map works as expected.
But when users access it from their machines, the map is loading, but blank. Please see below image (sorry for low clarity, Client took a photo from their phone). There is no RLS being applied on the underlying data. Any idea on what could cause this issue?

Please try below steps:
1. Browser Compatibility and Settings: Ensure that all users are accessing the report through a supported browser and that there are no settings (e.g., script blocking, security settings) that might prevent the map from displaying correctly. It's also worth clearing the browser cache or trying a different browser to rule out browser-specific issues.
2. Network Restrictions: Sometimes, maps may not load correctly due to network restrictions or firewall settings that block access to the mapping service used by Power BI. Verify with your IT department if there are any such restrictions in place that might affect map visuals.
