error estabilishing a connection to SQL Server

@RenataOGardner , Are you able to connect with the SQL server using Sql server management studio?

If not then check the connection details.

If yes. Check which credential you are using window or database?

make sure you use the same in power bi. When it ask credential, check on the left which one you are giving windows or DB.

You can provide credential  again by using clear permission
