based on Quarter selected in filter, visuals should displays next quarter data

I have this sample filter and visual where my goal is for the all the visuals, scores, sum, etc to show the next quarter data.

IF Q1 2024 is selected, the visuals will show Q2 2024 visual and data

IF Q2 is selected, Q3 visual/data will be presented, so on

Then when Q4 2024 is selected, it will increment to the next quarter data which is Q1 2025

The Year and Quarter are a column consisting of several values and dinstinct options (Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4 / 2024/2025)

I thought of and tried IF(SELECTEDVALUE(, but it doesn't increment to 2025 when I selected Q4 / 2024.

Is there a better way to approach this instead of several nested IF's?

Have you tried using the dateadd function: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dax/dateadd-function-dax

You can pass this as a filter in your dax measure and use the current fiscal year / quarter dates, and then increment forward (i.e +1, rather than -1) by a quarter.
