While using below dax its showing an error when I want to create a role

what exaclty do you want to do?
There is no WHERE command in DAX, so what you did is not proper DAX code.
Also you have to make sure that the expression returns a boolean value. So it has to return TRUE or FALSE for every row in the specific table.
