Refreshing date and time

Hi Team,

I have a report created on the PBI desktop and I'm trying to implement 2 things:

1. Refresh date and time shows based on the Person's location-driven 
2. A way that would allow for a unique visual for each person that logged in?

Is there any way for it? Your prompt responses will be appreciated

And for question 2, it is not possible to make visual display for different users. All visuals are basically the data in the table, the way Power bi limite data for users is using RLS.

Hi Amith,

I have a card that shows the date last refreshed which is currently In IST format.

what I am looking is whenever a user login to the dashboard he/she should see the date last refreshed in their timezone

2. A way that would allow for a unique visual for each person that logged in? - Month of the visual can do that with person on axis or details or legend
