Not able to connect Athena from Power BI

I have done the ODBC setup for AWS Athena and was able to do Test connect and was working. From Power BI also i was able to connect to Athena and was able to see the database/tables/views etc...This all happened yesterday but today i try to connect Athena from Power BI, it says "We cannot convert the value null to type Record."
