Ive just realised I needed another sheet on my source excel file in Power BI desktop.
Sheet 1 was imported last wee but now I need sheet 2.
Do I just import sheet 2 as if it was a xls datasource?

To add another sheet after you've already imported data, you don't have to start your import process from scratch. Can you please try the following steps:
Go to the Home tab > Get Data
Select your file > Select the new sheet to import (The Navigator window will open, displaying all the sheets)
Load or Transform Data: You have two options here:

Did you solve the problem, please? You can follow @Sahir_Maharaj steps to re-add the data. In Power BI Desktop you can put your new data table in the previously imported xls and just use the same steps as importing a normal xls file again.
