How to erase more than one character in columns

Hi all, I am trying to erase some characters in a column if they start with the specific letters: PCE-

And then I'd keep only the numbers after the -

How can I easily automate that for everytime the data is refreshed?

In Power Query, create a new custom column like this:

Power Query has a number of different text functions available to manipulate your raw data.
