Publishing progress bar

There should be a progress bar to indicate the publishing status.
This indicator can also provide estimatedd time based on the file size, connection, etc.
It should also provide an option to show details about the component being published e.g. data model, data, dashboard, etc. In addition, status of parralil publishing threads (if any)
