Tom manages innovation, thought leadership, and field enablement through creation of packaged solutions and repeatable processes that will guide our clients to a successful and risk free implementation of business intelligence and big data programs. Through this guidance and alliance partnerships he guides SAD's highly talented technical staff to interface with the business across a number of Fortune 1000 clients. His focus is around breaking down very complex business problems that can become internally developed solutions and reused at numerous clients focusing on the business intelligence, big data and advanced analytics. In his last role with Neudesic, as Global BI GM, he was focused on growth of the entire BI practice across the globe at Neudesic through partnerships and technical sales. Tom acts as a liaison between technical developers and CxO level clients to gather information on their business and help find ways to analyze it to make them more profitable and efficient. Tom is a seasoned consultant with over 20 years of experience specializing in development of business intelligence solutions designed to suit each client’s needs. A quick learner and tends to pick up on business complexities with ease, which in turn becomes a solid foundation for the requirements necessary to be a successful project. He has a vision to work around complex issues with relatively simple solutions and will be happy to share options that would pertain to particular situations. Also he has had many years of leading teams on very complex projects and has worked across the insurance, finance, realty, and retail verticals.
