after reboot of the computer now Power BI is always starting again...
In the past days there have been no changes to the computer, no installation or anything else
Is there a log that I can see ??

(but I cannot find this files...)

So, does this problem persist now each time you attempt to launch the Power BI desktop?
If it persists, what error message does it prompt?
Did you make any update to operating system? Did you update the desktop to the latest version for a test? If an application hangs or not responding, system would generate related logs.
