You can use the Long Text Viewer custom visual to achieve the above requirement.

You will need to write a DAX formula to do this, i.e. you can't do that directly in the service. Instead you will have to use PowerBI Desktop to add this formula to your data model.

How to do this? Incidentally, there is a recent post over in the "Desktop" forum that describes just this. Search for "concatenate" and you should be able to find it quickly.
