In the report update configs we checked email notification

After we stopped the gateway service and run update (to get update error)
But nothing was sent to mail reports@mail.com
Maybe we have to specify email in another place?

Did you refresh your dataset manually? The email notication should be sent once the schedule refresh is triggered. For manually refresh, it will not send you email.

Does anybody get email notifications after update error?
I have received it in the past due permissions on a database view I was using being different b/c I was using different users in the Desktop versus what was configured for the gateway
I don't quite remember what the body of the email was like
I thought I kept it, but I can't seem to find it, but it does work
If you select your work space, navigate to data sets, then under actions select Schedule refresh, you should see something similar to the following screenshots. I don't know that you specifically set an email, or if it takes it from the administrators of the gateway or whoever sets up the schedule
