Users whose domain is different can Re-share the dashboards?

Hi All,

Users who have email id with different domain (outside organization) can not able view the shared dashboard under dashboards section and unable to reshare the dashbaord.

Could you please help me how to resolve this issue.

HI Herbert & All,

Please check highlighted column in RED in below table, "Dashboards can be shared to other people when you create Dashboard in a group." But when i tried to add the other people in group, its not allowing. Can you help me how to do this? if this is not possible how people are sharing their dashboards/reports to clients who are not in same domain.

We have devloped some set dashboards  and reports for our clients, currently sharing the URL through mail.
But Clients wants with write access. Kindly support whether this is possible or not.

@pvasrao when you share with people outside organisation you can set checkbox in sharing dialog box that will send them a link in mail to the dashboard. If that doesn't work you can send them dashboard URL and when they access that URL they will be presented with option to request access to dashboard which will send you the notification.

It is by design that dashboard shared outside organisation can only be viewed.
