The visual reached the memory usage limit

Hello everyone, I'm getting an error when I upload my report in the Power BI Web, "The visual reached the memory usage limit", the visual on the Power BI desktop works good  but not on the Internet when I publish.Error PBI.JPG

This is a visual R for to make a Word Cloud, The data is about 6000 texts (200 letters maximum) and the visual it was working when I calculated with 200 rows.

I think, the administrator of the service can resolve this, is that ok?

Thanks to all

Best Regards.

I'm getting the same issue with a ggplot 2 geom_rect chart. Very simple with a 15k rows database, and in R just 11.

Nobody could help me yet.

Hi @ssaezgarcia,

Please tell us how much memory your report is consuming in Power BI Desktop.

  1. To do that go to Windows Task Manager -> Resource Monitor (example https://www.computerhope.com/issues/ch001652.htm)
  2. Open your PBIX report via PBI Desktop.
  3. Press refresh.
  4. Go back to Resource monitor and find there processes with name msmdsrv.exe (it is engine of your report)
  5. Check RAM usage of it

Hi  @ssaezgarcia,

Do you have this error message only for this R visual or all visuals in your report?

Beside, you could have a check of your memery storge if it has hit a limit.

As I know, the administrator of the service may not solve this issue.

Best  Regards,

Cherry
