Sharing to external user - "No access to this dashboard"

Hello fellow users of Power Bi,

I have been able to share dashboards with external users without any problems, but as of lately it has gotten worse and worse to a point where I cant share any dashboard with any external user.

Whenever I share it they get the email 50% of the time and whenever they press the link in their email it says "You do not have access to this dashboard"...............

Please help.

Did you shared the dashoard to the same users as you said it has gotten worse and worse?  When you share with people outside your organization, they get an email with a link to the shared dashboard, and they have to sign in to Power BI to see the dashboard. If they don't have a Power BI Pro license, they can sign up for one after clicking the link.
