Sharing dashboard outing organization and Tenant settings

Hi,

I am creating a bunch of reports and dashboards. I would be sharing the dashboards outside my organization.

My question is on the administration of my tenant settings and impact of it on the dashboards shared outside the org.

1. If within my tenant settings, I disable "Export data" feature of Powerbi, will this get applicable to the reports / dashboards that I have shared outside my org? Will the users from the other org viewing my reports be not able to export the data?

2. Audit Logs: If I enable "Audit logs" for my tenant, will I be able to monitor the actions taken by users from outside the org. on the reports / dashboards that I have shared with them along with their user name / user id ?

3. Usage Metrics: Will me report show the count of users outside my org in the usage metrics within a specific report / dashboard?

Hi @Anonymous,

#1. If you setting to not allow to export data, these setting also works on external users which you share the dashboard.

#2. Yes, it will log external users operational event log.

#3. Yes, it will analysis all of access users.
