Share power Bi pro dashboard with Dynamics CRM user

Hi,

I have designed a dashboard in Power BI using Power BI Pro Licence, so that my team can view all data in Dynamics CRM online without any issue. To do this I have to do two steps sharing first in CRM online and then in Power BI. I have shared dashboard with the team in Dynamics CRM Online but when I try to share the dashbaord with other team members in Power BI it says that all recepients should have Power BI Pro licence attached to it.

First how can I share dashboard that has been made in Power BI pro with Power BI free users, if not then what I can do to assign them or is there a way I can add them to the security so that when they try to access in Dynamics CRM Online they can view it.

The only feature that I am using of Power BI pro is Power BI Gatewaty. 

Please can someone guide me to the right direction. I can provide more information if needed.

Hi @jibran,

What you can share and who you can share it with depends on your and their Power BI licenses. As the dashboard contains Power BI Pro content, your recipients need a Power BI Pro license to view the content. For more information, please see: Licensing requirements for sharing.

In your scenario, you can let them use Power BI pro 60 day trail or purchase pro license: Purchasing Power BI Pro.

My use case is similar, We create Dashboards using CRM Data, and embed the Dashboard back to CRM + Use RLS.

The Only difference is - We have Premium Capacity enabled for the Wrokspace.

Would the Answer hold for Dashboards created using Premium capacity as well ?

It would be a shame if My end users would need Pro License even after We buying Premium capacity !
