Report sharing on Free version of Power BI

I am using the free version of Power BI. How can I share reports on my dashboard through the app with others?

That change is for dashboards only right? Can I still share reports? And also does the "Publish to web" feature make the report accesible to anyone on the Internet?

From June 1st, free users can only use "publish to web" to share reports. For free users, there's no other way to share data. For more details, please refer to link below:
