Hi,
Have a report that refreshes local files (all csv/Excel) through the personal on premises gateway. The report was taking an extremely long time to refresh automatically earlier, so I then tried to refresh it locally on the desktop (which worked) and then republish it to the workspace, but republishing seemed to hang for a long time as well, so I cancelled it. Now the report is greyed out an inaccessible:
The dataset is the same. I can go into the settings of the workspace as a whole and try to configure the auto refresh and check the credentials (which all seem fine), but I can't do anything else. Any idea what's causing this (and, more importantly, how to fix it)? I had something similar earlier in the week but it seemed to go away after a short while... cheers
Seems to have resolved itself now, the scheduled refresh just chose to take two hours rather than five-ten minutes... would still be useful to know why this happened
I have no idea why someone's marked this as answered - the problem went away but I'd still like to know why my report was inaccessible for hours while the refresh was going on...
