RLS- query user

I have about 140 formeman in a RLS in a report.  works fine. Is there a way to extract or query the names wihtout having to go to security and just scroll through. I d like to exttract to excel so users can see who may be missing more easily

Hi there, what I would suggest is rather to create an Active Directory or Azure Active Directory Security Group.

You can then simply add this group under the RLS Role.

This will simplify the administration of adding or removing users. As well as then you can easily see who is in the AD Security Group?

Hi @jakemarron,

Unfortunately. current RLS operations not contains simple way to achieve.  In my opinion, I'd like to suggest you to achieve hierarchy level security filter.

For e.g.

Normally use filtered by username, you can add a column named mange, users has their own mangers.

So if you enable filter on mange column, it can filter on multiple users. (RLS apply on manage column and it can use cross filter to apply filter effect on other related tables)

In addition, you can also submit an idea about improve RLS features.
