Publish report for outside organisation

Yes, There is solution to publish our report on web and share the same with anyone outside organisation.

Many people have confusion that only within organisation only can view the report.

For another option, we also could share the report through app for user outside your organisation which should be safer than publish to web.

In addition, we should note the limitations when we use publish to web.
