Hi!
Last week I configured the gateway and a scheduled refresh. The first time, I was able to refresh data, bot now it just doesn't work. The refresh on Desktop is working fine, but not in the Service.
The error I'm getting is:

I just figured out the problem. I had only 100MB free on the server where the gateway is installed. I cleaned up the hd and know refreshes perfectly. I don't know how much the gateway needs to work, but it seems that it uses a lot of space for cache.

Please check the status of your gateway and credential of your data source. If the gateway connection is successful, can you refresh the dataset manually in Power BI Service?
