Hello Everyone,

I want to know if we can export a MS Dyanmics CRM Online dashbaord designed using Power BI in formats like - pdf/excel/csv/power point/word/etc. ?

If yes, please guide/share some links for the same.

For a dashboard, we are not able to export it to any of the formats you mentioned above.

In service, we can export a visual to excel and .csv. Also, we can export the entire report to PowerPoint.

Thanks for sharing this information. In fact, below is what I have learned from search over internet & even practically validating the same - 

1. From Dyanmics CRM dashbaord, there is NO option to export the whole dashboard in one GO, in any format.
2. From Dyanmics CRM dashbaord, we can only export one visual at a time. For charts, we have an option to export them as images or can export the data beneath them as csv/excel. And for tabular visuals, we only have the option to export the underlying data as csv/export.
3. From Power BI Services, exporting per visual is same as what we have from CRM dashbaord. However, we have an option - to export all the report pages as PPTX (currently in preview as on today) from File menu & we can also print the current report page as PDF (if used in chrome) or by any other pdf converters.

The main point to note here is, exported pdf & pptx files are not usable at times when - we have small font sizes used in visuals or when we have scroll bars in visuals.
