Power BI cortana cards not showing on Cortana.

I have integrated the Cortana cards with my cortana by following the steps mentioned in the below link. The aim of this integration is to make these Cortana cards reports available to multiple users (I have already grant the access to them and they are able to access my workspace and reports through web portal). Initially I configure the Cortana for two user when it start working and we can see the reports on their Cortana canvas we have configured the cortana and other stuff to two other users but these users are not able to access the reports. Whenever they try to get the report from Cortana a web search is shown to them.

Could you follow this articles to firstly troubleshoot Cortana for Power BI in your scenario?

If the issue persists, I would suggest you create a support ticket on Power BI Support page for better assistance on this issue?

Currently I am using trial account so Its not allowing me to open a ticket. Is there any other way to do it?
