Power BI Premium and viewing reports via SharePoint

As an organisation we have purchased Power BI Premium and would like to allow people to access reports via SharePoint - we know that this is possible if the end user has a free Power BI licence, however, is there any way end users can access the reports without having to have a free Power BI licence?

Hi @Lena_K

End users can access reports without having to have a free PBI licence if the report is embedded somewhere

But if the End users want to access the report on sharepoint or PBI online they must have an account

Thanks - can the report be embedded in SharePoint in a way that does not need a licence?

Hi @Lena_K,

You can try to use publish to web to share your reports.

Publish to web from Power BI
