Power BI Administrator - Ability to view and manage reports and dashboards

As a Power BI administrator, do I have the ability to view, update and/or manage all reports and dashboards within my tenant?  For instance, a Power BI report/dashboard owner has left the company - how do I, as admin, assign ownership to another employee?  If so, how?  If not, I'll submit as an idea.  Thanks in advance!

Power BI administrator can't change ownership of report/dashboard to other employee. An idea about this issue has been submitted in this link, you can vote it up.
