My Personal gateway has stoped working. I have tried to Uninstal and Reinstal, after Reinstal when i try to sign in it give error
"GWconf has stoped working".
I have also tried it by installing on different system but error is same.
Found this work for me, let me know if it does for you as well
I'm having the same issue. It's very frustrating. There hasn't been any known changes to my computer. I am just a user of Power BI too. Not an IT person so I have no idea what to do.

I found is a bug that they have identified and are solving. check the status here.

Same Problem HERE! trying to solved all afternoon... This is impossible.
I am also seeing this problem. If I look into the logs I see the following:
GWConfig.exe Error: 0 : Login to PowerBI failed. Couldn't reach https://app.powerbi.com
I see the same problem with both a fresh and current installation, on multiple computers on multiple networks.
Similar issue here this morning as well affecting multiple compuers/users. I'm not aware of any updates made to these computers recently.
As soon as we open the Personal Gateway it displays the error:
GWConf has stopped working
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Please close the program.
