Hello,
I have a paid PowerBI desktop license and my corporate email has been added to our company subscription. However when I
go to Settings in the https://app.powerbi.com/groups/me/settings/communications page and click on the "Subscriptions" tab, it tells me I have no subscriptions.
Any ideas or is anyone from MS able to help?

The Subscriptions in your snapshot is a function of the Power BI Service to follow up the dashboards and report. You can find it out as the following snapshot shows.
